Effective, reliable and trustworthy business.
I am a “return customer”. The first time I used ECUpro, I chose to pay for the repair directly. When they found that my module was ok they refunded the excess amount.

Very professional. After a short delay, ECU Pro located a replacement for my ECU. I have only tested minimally due to travel, but am excited that the problems appear to be resolved. Looking forward to enjoying my M3 once again!

I called first and told y’all the problem and yall said to send it and we take care of it. I sent it and got charged another 150 for bench testing when the pins are missing in the ecm. Them tell me the supplier is out. What a joke lost all my business.

I felt scammed. I was told it would cost $159 to look at and repair my ecu. I was then told I had a leaking capacitor and damage to the circuit board, so it would now cost $1,500.00.
Upon return of the ECU I found it had never been opened and looked at, and they sent a letter saying there was nothing wrong with it. Look on ebay for an honest 5 star rated repair or replacement.

We had a ECU that was having a voltage output issue. We sent it in for testing and repair. The techs were quick with testing and great at keeping us notified of where they were at and the findings. Our unit was unfornantly not able to be repaired, but they applied what we had already paid for the testing and repair to the cost of a new unit. They transfered the needed information, tested the new product to make sure the problem was gone and quickly shipped it out to us. New unit was just plug and go and the ruff idle and votage issues that were there before were completely taken care of. We own an auto repair shop and won't hesitate to use ECU Pros again in the future.

I recently sent in my CAS due to a no start on a 2011 mini cooper countryman. I was honestly a little skeptical sending in the entire brain to my car through the mail system to a company I never used before. However, it was a Hail Mary option and I am so glad I did it. Very professional, very efficient. I received updates through the process via email. Once repairs were completed, I received a video of proof that my parts were in the test vehicle and the test vehicle started up proper. Was even shown the diagnostic scanner confirming my parts as well as them communicating with the car and zero codes. Once I paid my invoice, I received all my parts in the mail 2 days later, packed very securely. I 100% would use them again.
