How do vehicle CPC Mail-In Repairs work?

The ECU Pro offers an expedited mail-in CPC4 repair service for vehicle trucks. To have your unit vehicle CPC4 repaired, simply remove the CPC ( time required +-15-30 minutes) and mail it to us. Our professional team will either test, repair, or clone your unit to a new unit.

In order to have your CPC repaired, tested, or cloned follow the steps below:

  1. Send your current CPC to us.
  2. We will run a full diagnostic test on your CPC and send you the report.
  3. A repair or replacement solution will be offered, which you can decide on.
  4. If the unit requires a repair or clone, we will deduct the testing fee from the remaining balance.

Our mail-in vehicle CPC4 repair service is 100% plug-and-play and doesn't require any additional coding.

      CPC4 Repair Explained

      We offer 3 CPC services. Testing, 5 day repair, and 1-2 day express service. We don't just reball the BGA. Our service is a complete rebuild service. All components on the board are resoldered with lead solder. After rebuilding the board, we test all CPCs in our test truck. 

      If we cannot repair your unit, and it hasn't been worked on by someone else, we will replace it at our cost. 


      How do we test our CPC repairs? 

      We have a two stage testing process. First, we run bench tests to ensure the unit is functioning as it should. Once we are satisfied with the bench test, the unit is tested in a Cascadia to ensure the unit is fully functioning before shipping it out.


      What CPC repair service do we offer? 

      We have 3 main services, testing, 5 day repair and a 1 day express repair service. If your unit has been stolen, we can offer you a replacement CPC that has been coded for your truck. 


      What to do if your CPC has been stolen.

      We offer a fully rebuilt replacement CPC that has been coded to your vehicle. All CPC are tested in an actual truck before shipping them out.
