    If you pay for testing, the testing fee will be deducted from the total price of a repair or replacement service. 


    Removing your parts

    Removing your FRM is not difficult. The FRM module is located in the driver-side footwell. To remove the unit take about 15-30 minutes. Below is a video with the steps to follow to remove the unit.


    Steps to take before sending your unit

    After you place an order on the website, there is detailed information on how to remove your part. Once you have removed your parts, you must complete the work order form. After completing the work order form, a unique number will be generated that must be written on the outside of the box.  

    Please do not ship your parts to us without completing the work order form and writing the number on the outside of the box.
